I have discovered a decent sausage!

Yes... in Japan you see, almost all sausages follow a german wurst style recipe and are usually boiled. However, after much testing for science, i have discovered a sausage that can be fried and goes down well with fried eggs.

Now if only i could get decent bacon.

Most meat is japan comes pre sliced. They dont do joints as they have no roasting culture.

Joints have to be bought special and cost a fortune.
